Trafikverket Investering Östra is conducting investment and reinvestment projects within the railway sector in Stockholm County, on behalf of Trafikverket Planning and Trafikverket Maintenance. The projects are carried out in a complex and traffic-intensive railway environment with high demands on safety, working conditions, and delivery within given time frames.

Ongoing projects in the region include track and switch replacements, catenary measures, grade separations, and various types of signaling measures.

Trafikverket is now seeking three (3) resource consultants to support the operations in ongoing railway projects.

About the role

The assignment includes independently and in collaboration with the rest of the project organization working on planning, implementation, and follow-up of ongoing railway projects.

The assignment includes, among other things:

• Overall responsibility for the implementation and production phase in projects
• Responsibility for feasibility and constructability in all project phases
• Participation in certain design work and in the development of production technical solutions on site
• Conducting construction management and following up on technology, economy, time, quality, environment, working conditions, and safety
• Preparing documentation for follow-up and forecasts and working with risk identification and risk management
• Contributing to good relationships with residents and businesses in the surrounding area
• Ensuring that the contractor's self-checks and other documentation are reported and preserved according to agreement
• Monitoring that documentation for the management phase is delivered
• Ensuring that the work is carried out in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, ordinances, and internal instructions

Travel in the service may occur.

Mandatory requirements

All requirements must be clearly stated in the CV, including periods, assignments, scope, and responsibility.

1. At least 5 years of experience as a sub-project manager/project manager in railway projects in production over the last 10 years
2. At least 5 years of experience in complex projects in extremely traffic- and coordination-dense railway environments, for example from Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, or equivalent.
3. Training and application of BASTAB.
4. Training in standard agreements ABK09, AB04, and ABT06. (If the consultant has not completed all courses, they must finance and complete the missing ones within 6 months from the start of the assignment).
5. Training/course in AMA construction 23 (If training is missing, the offered consultant can finance and complete the AMA construction 23 course within 6 months from the start of the assignment).
6. Training for construction work environment coordinators (BAS-P/U) (Alternatively, if the above training is missing, the offered consultant can confirm in their bid that they will undergo and finance BAS-P/U training within 6 months from the start of the assignment).
7. Training TSM (alternatively, if the above training is missing, the offered consultant can confirm in their bid that they will undergo and finance training within 6 months).
8. Driver's license for passenger car.
9. Ability to express oneself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Assignment information

The assignment is to start no later than 2026-02-16 and will last for 2 years from the date the contract comes into effect.

Option: The client has the unilateral option to extend the contract with existing contractual terms for an additional 1+1 year

Scope: Estimated workload for the assignment is 80-100 percent of annual working time, amounting to 1,700 hours.

The stationing location for the resource consultant is Solna. This assignment requires physical presence at Trafikverket's office 3 days a week.
